If you’ve ever gone through a vision process – you’ll know that goals are great… but getting intentional and creating a vision board – will help you “stay the course” and actually make it happen!

Think it’s too woo-woo? So did I… that was until I tested it out + experienced how my life changed – from promotions, to buying a house, being intentional about a kidlet, getting a new car, and bringing my business to fruition.

So now, each year I take the time to plot out what my intention is for the year [thanks Daniele],  and then I follow it up by creating a visual reminder of what’s important to me.

Each year I create it differently [the first year I had 15 boards as I was trying to work out what was important to me], then I created just one board, and this year I decided to create 4 boards.

My hope is that it will inspire you to get intentional about the kind of year you want to create for your life this year.

For me…

This is the year I ease into the big 4.0.

E.A.S.E.

That’s the theme for my life and business this year!

How does ease show up in my business?

as you can tell – this is the year for simplicity + sophistication as I continue to build a solid studio. Streamlining processes, making awesome connections, working with incredible women… plenty of creative projects… and maybe a workshop or two… all with the focus of helping women blossom confidently!

When it comes to family and friends… it’s about the ease of connecting with all of them + building deep meaningful relationships.

The theme that runs through this board, is self care + getting back to me.

Putting the business and family aside… it’s about making more time for me – to be me! The ease of streamlining, connecting, and just doing things I love!

What about “future me”?

Yip! I even created a board around the kind of EASE that future me wants in her life! Which kinda is a mature blend of all the other boards… doing what I love, connecting with loved ones, exploring the world, and lots of self care – with a beautiful sense of confidence + self assuredness.

What about you?

Have you thought about intentionally looking at the kind of life you want to live?
