What would you be doing as a Virtual Assistant?
// Creating Excel document layouts [i.e. like invoice or proposal templates]
// Setting up or editing PowerPoint Templates, creating presentations + strategy documents
// Creating word document templates
// Converting Voice notes to copy
// Inserting copy / content into templates
// Creating social media graphics + content
// General Admin requirements where necessary
What you need to have:
// Mad typing skills – test yourself here and send me a screenshot of the result below
// A lovely personality 😉 – We love it when someone is willing to learn, eager to help, and who will give it a try.
// Experience with Microsoft Office [Word, PowerPoint, Excel] – not mad skills, but you know how to merge a sheet, edit a PowerPoint Template [and know about master slides], and insert images.
// Familiarity with Google Drive [including the setting up of folders, uploading info, and organising]
// Know your way around social platforms [facebook, instagram, Linkedin]
// It would be great if you have used CANVA, or Notion – but if you’re open to learn, then all good.
// Your own computer.

What would you be doing as a Graphic Designer?
// Creating Brand Identities – including logo’s, submarks, illutrations, icon design, style-guides, patterns, moodboards etc.
// Creating Brand Collateral [i.e. Documents, Decks [PPT mainly], flyers, signage, company profiles, brochures, business cards, etc]
// Editing, image manipulation, Styling, layout + converting appropriate templates to clients needs
// Creating social media graphics + content
// General Admin requirements where necessary
What you need to have:
// An amazing design aesthetic [we think of our brand as textured minimalism] please include your portfolio in the form below.
// A lovely personality 😉 – We love it when someone is willing to learn, eager to help, and who will give it a try.
// Experience with Microsoft Office [Word, PowerPoint, Excel] – not mad skills, but you know how to merge a sheet, edit a PowerPoint Template [and know about master slides], and insert images.

// You’re almost as organised as Marie Kondo [ok kidding, Marie is a stretch – but you do know how to keep it sorted]
// Your key eye for detail spotted that gramatical error whilst you were laying out the info into a PowerPoint template
// We send you heart-eyed + kissy-face emoji’s
