Our [Branding] Process

[The recipe we use to develop a Brand experience that you [and your clients] will Love!!]

STEP 1. Get Clarity | A Brand Clarity Session

 

Because you don’t want to be like all the other fake vanilla ice-creams in a commercial isle of some large supermarket… our first step in the process is getting clear on what your AwesomeSauce looks like!

We’ll look at where the brand is going, and what you dream it will do, who you’ll be serving, and all sorts of other goodies!

Plus I’ll throw in a pinch of sage advice when it’s necessary¬†ūüėČ

and we’ll end up with a great saucy base to work from!

GOAL: CLARITY AND ALIGNING OF BRAND STRATEGY

STEP 2. Moodboard

 

This is where the fun¬†begins…¬†Now that we have your AwsomeSauce pegged, it’s time to play [with purpose]!

We’ll look at images that will bring your brand to life, and then I go to work pulling all the pieces of the puzzle together into an inspiration board¬†[like the one shown here] that will convey your AwesomeSauce in the most visual way!

More than some pretty pictures and colours, my moodboard is a bit of a brand art piece – that tells the story of your brand, your clients, and how they work with you.

I carefully position, align and piece together your visual picture of your brand

It also gives me hints as to design elements, and I extract your brand colour palette!

GOAL: INSPIRATION BOARD РTO CONVEY BRAND STYLE, TONE + COLOUR PALETTE

STEP 3. Design

 

Whilst you marvel at how I brought your¬†AwesomeSauce to life…

I start creating your logo and other elements for your brand identity [to give you your own flavour of Awesome in the world].

This is where you start seeing your brand come to life.

I¬†start working on the logo, and other elements –¬†providing you with some options.

Because [for me], brand creation is a collaborative process, I need to make sure that the¬†awesomeness I’m whipping up, is also what you were imagining in your mind!

Sometimes it’ll mean combining¬†elements of different logos to create brand babies, sometimes I hit the nail on the head… and soon [once the other elements are pulled together]… your identity will just taste “just right”!

GOAL: DEVELOP YOUR BRAND GUIDE РWHICH INCLUDES LOGO [AND ALTERNATE MARKS IF NEEDED], AND FINALISE YOUR BRAND STYLE [COLOURS, PATTERNS, TEXTURES, + TYPOGRAPHY]

STEP 4. Next Level Branding

Having your Brand of AwesomeSauce is one thing… doing something with it, is another!

We’ll look at how you can¬†sprinkle your AwesomeSauce in the world,¬†and the items you’d need to do that… whether it’s:

  • Your stationery [like business cards, Manual Designs, presentation layouts, or¬†packaging design],
  • Your website [your online sales person], or
  • Social Media [kinds of images to use for your brand, Blog¬†or social media¬†Templates etc]

GOAL: DEVELOP¬†YOUR BRAND’S STATIONERY, WEBSITE, OR SOCIAL MEDIA
