    The Challenge:

    The team had a big dream: Position Growspace as a worldclass platform to unlock talent in Africa.

    With three years of working 1:1 with organisations, they saw a need for an online platform to bridge the gap between organisations, and talent… specifically in Africa.

    We worked together to set the brand roadmap, and then developed the brand’s identity for them.

    In order to position this SAAS brand effectively…

    They needed to get really specific as to how they would position their brand differently to the others in the market…

    We spent time during their roadmap session – analysing how they were different to other big players in the market – so that we could tailor the brand to their Unique positioning.

    Here are the 4 concepts we explored for the client:

    The brand identity needed to feel “Cool” + “African”

    [and also worldclass].

    When we started exploring where to take the brand, we asked ourselves:

    “what do we want a ‘cool tech platform for talent acquisition’ to look like?” 

    By creating moodboards [like you see above], we’re able to explore concepts with the client – allowing them to get a visual sense as to the direction we are thinking, and giving them the peace of mind that we “get” their vision.
